Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies: Cancellations, No-Shows, & Late Arrivals Time is our most valuable asset. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and maintaining a precise schedule ensures that every client receives the full, uninterrupted service they deserve. Because a delay in one appointment impacts all the clients scheduled afterward, the following policies are strictly enforced out of respect for everyone's time. Cancellations & Rescheduling I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment adjustments. Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or reschedule made within the 24-hour window will result in a non-refundable charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. By scheduling an appointment and placing your card on file, you agree to these terms. Your card will not be charged unless a policy violation occurs. No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without any prior notification is considered a "No-Show." This will result in an immediate, non-refundable charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate running late, please notify me immediately. Because late arrivals disrupt the schedule for the rest of the day, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the inability to accommodate your service in the remaining time. If your appointment must be canceled or rescheduled due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply.
